A bread improver that incorporates baking enzymes in dough effectively, to have good split and volume, crust colour, crumb brightness and crispiness.
INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour, Emulsifier (E472e), Mineral Salt (E516), Flour Treating Agent (E300), Enzymes (Amylase).
ORIGIN: MALAYSIA
STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat.
ALLERGENS: Contains gluten. May contain traces of milk, soybeans and products thereof.
