A bread improver which helps to incorporate baking enzymes in dough effectively, to have good volume, improved crumb structure, softness and crust colour.
INGREDIENTS: Mineral Salt (E516), Emulsifier (E481, E482, E471), Starch, Flour Treating Agent (E300), Enzymes (Amylase).
ORIGIN: MALAYSIA
STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat.
ALLERGENS: Contains gluten. May contain traces of soybeans, milk, celery, sesame seeds and products thereof.
