Description

Cold applications glaze, with a great shiny effect. For pastries, desserts and cakes uses. To be applied onto fresh fruits using a brush or spread onto cakes using a palette knife.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Ready to use product. Slightly stir before use. 5-10% of water and/or colour can be added. For brush application.

INGREDIENTS: Glucose Syrup, Water, Natural Flavouring, Citric Acid(E330), Calcium Lactate(E327), Tricalcium Phosphate(E341 (iii)), Trisodium Citrate(E331 (iii)), Carrageenan(E407), Pectin(E440), Sodium Alginate(E401), Potassium Sorbate(E202).
