Description
Sponge cake gel is a stabilizer and aerating agent for cakes. Comes in an orange colour paste form. For use in bakery application, 6% to 12% on flour weight.
INGREDIENTS: Emulsifiers (E471, E475, E491), Acidity Regulator (E525), Humectant (E420(i), E1520), Salt, Permitted Colouring (E102, E110), Stabilizer (E509) and Water.
ORIGIN: MALAYSIA
STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat.
ALLERGENS: May contain traces of gluten, soybeans, milk, celery, sesame seeds and products thereof.
